Geeta Exports ships worldwide from Kolkata under standard Incoterms. Every shipment is packed, insured and documented in our workshop before it leaves the country.
Minimum order
No universal MOQ — quoted per line item. Typical first orders start from 25 to 50 pieces per model; consolidated across categories is welcome.
Lead time
Standard catalogue items ship within 3 to 5 weeks. Custom sizing, inlays and private-label work: 6 to 10 weeks depending on complexity.
Payment
50% advance by wire transfer against pro-forma invoice; balance against B/L or AWB copy. LC at sight accepted for orders above USD 5,000.
Incoterms
EXW Kolkata, FOB Kolkata or CIF to your nearest port / airport. Air freight for urgent orders, sea freight for volume.
Packaging
Individual poly-sleeve, then acid-free tissue and export-grade corrugated cartons. Fumigated wooden crates for sea shipments.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CITES certificate where applicable, phytosanitary certificate on request.
Customisation
Private-label branding, custom inlays, non-standard sizing, matched wood-grain sets — quoted on request.
